A little about Sarah:

Sarah is a longtime editor and journalist who’s written for Playboy, Parenting, People magazine, Chicago magazine, Michigan Avenue Magazine and, almost 20 years ago, launched the original city guides for Microsoft, Citysearch and AOL. She leads the Content team at Orbitz Worldwide at its Chicago headquarters but, ironically, swears that she will never. get. on. a. plane. again. with her two young children, Preston (5) and Ivy (17 months). Annie is National Geographic’s Urban Insider and a contributing editor to National Geographic Traveler magazine whose travel musings have appeared in Travel + Leisure, Forbes, CNN, Agent@Home, Gotham and The Huffington Post. From great places to stay and one-of-a-kind things to do in her home base, New York City (where she’s a licensed tour guide), to tips from locals in the know in cities around the world, Annie is the girl to get you exploring the world.
